Being inspired and motivated by his friends, teammates and mentors, Zakaveli and J, Andy decided to switch over from his typical gym workouts to training on the bar. After noticing how difficult it was for him to do what others would performed with such finesse, he was driven to incorporate this training into his regimen.
Andy started training with the Bar-barians in January of 08'. He quickly excelled in his bodyweight training, muscling up four times in a row on his first day out. He said his muscles were being worked much differently than in his previous training. He thought the training was more effective. With months his endurance was increasing, his body was becoming more defined and overall felt more alive than ever before.
Andy feels that there are so many positive outcomes with this limitless form of calisthenics and only an individuals mind can prohibit further growth.
