Dan
        April 14, 1971
                         Camden, N.J.

At an early age Dan had an interest in bodybuilding and the aesthetics of the human body. He spent years lifting weights before embarking on a career as a personal trainer in Northern California. After witnessing such moves as muscle-ups, human flags, and planche pushups, Dan realized the weights alone could not achieve these miraculous results. He immediately switched his training protocol to strictly functional exercises utilizing mostly his own bodyweight. The progress that took place thereafter could not compare to the years of weightlifting.

Dan's philosophy is to train intense, always pushing the limits of the mind and body while taking logical progressive steps towards a goal. Dan spends most of his time sharing these training techniques with others and enjoys the camaraderie.

As a father of two beautiful children he instills his hard work ethic by leading by example and showing the way to a healthy mind and body.

       Jay Anthony
       May 25, 1980
                       London, England

Jay began his Calisthenics when he was about twelve or thirteen. "Nothing heavy," as he says, "just light stuff." After reading all the marvel and D.C comics, he decided that he wanted the physiques and powers they possessed. Something he laughs about now-a-days.

When Jay turned 17 years of age, he bought a weight bench and started to experiment with weights after seeing Frank Zane and all the old school guys. Jay started going the gym in 2000. He trained a few years off and on, but never got serious. He started to feel as if there was no purpose to this physique. Jay did bodybuilding in the gym for the very last time in 2003.

When he came a cross Bar-barians, in March of '09 he stated "I was blown away seeing the Core strength i just had to start training to get my body to do that. What also struck me was there is a requirement to train with the Bar-barians to become a Bar-baron Not like some of the others where you show support, get a t-shirt and your in. This made me feel as though this organization was in this for the long haul not just here for the summer. This is now my life.Thankyou Guys!!!"
