Ben is no stranger to training. You can tell by his incredible physique. He has been involved in physical fitness for 12 years, mainly through gym workouts and basic outdoor activities, i.e. cycling, running and hiking. Although, he was not introduced to what he calls "The Extreme Bar Workout" until just 9 months ago.

Ben feels it is important to learn how to use ones own body weight to accomplish strength, endurance, & mental focus. The exercises performed are both “extreme” and motivating at the same time, which gives him the feeling of success after each work out. That in itself keeps from boredom and the everyday routine of the gym experience.

Ben is one of those people that needs to feel challenged physically and mentally in order to completely enjoy a workout and fulfill his thirst for a little pain and of course the perfect body.
